Popsicle Molds BPA free

Cherry Cream Popsicles Recipe
You can make cherry popsicles any time of year, not just when they are in season, by using frozen cherries. The beautiful thing is, the pits will have been removed, saving you time!

What I love about this recipe is that everything is organic and it’s real food that’s full of flavor. The yogurt and cream make this a great creamsicle. Give it a try and let me know how you like it.

2 cups frozen organic cherries, pitted, defrosted
1 cup organic vanilla bean full fat yogurt
3 Tbsp. organic heavy whipping cream
2 tsp. Lime juice
1 tsp. Zest from 1 lime
Dark chocolate chips

Place the cherries, lime juice, lime zest and sugar in a blender. I love using my vitamix for this recipe. Blend until pureed.

Combine the yogurt and the heavy whipping cream and stir until fully mixed.

Layer your popsicle molds starting with about a tablespoon of the yogurt mixture, 3 chocolate chips, and then 1 Tablespoon of the cherry mixture.

Repeat the layers until the mold is full. Place the sticks/cover on top and freeze until completely frozen. Overnight is best.

To remove the popsicle from the mold, run warm water over the mold and then squeeze while you pull the popsicle out.
